1. Eligibility for Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been processed for shipping.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for returning the product.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges, if any, will be refunded only if the order was not shipped.
